Return and Refund Policy

At SHERAUT FINTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “our”, or “us”), customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed for purchases made through our e-commerce platform.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Please note that certain categories such as digital products, downloadable services, financial tools, and customized items are non-returnable unless they are found to be defective or incorrectly delivered.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@sherautfintech.com with your order ID, product details, and the reason for return. Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or request that you send the item to our return address.

Returned items must be securely packaged and include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Delays in refund crediting may occur due to your bank or payment provider.

In cases of prepaid digital services or subscriptions, partial refunds may be provided based on the unused portion, if applicable.

4. Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence.

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the item must be returned following the return process.

6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the returned item does not meet our policy requirements, shows signs of use, or is returned without authorization.
